Qiara is also the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at the same organization. Prior to this, Qiara served as the Director of Human Resources Business Partners at Memorial Hermann Health System. Qiara has also held various strategic HR roles across the organization. Qiara has a strong track record of driving workforce strategies, leading change management efforts, and achieving notable recognitions.
