Colin Dempsey

Colin Dempsey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and technology access, currently serving as the Senior Division Director of District Operations, Technology, and Sustainability Supports at the Texas Education Agency since October 2021. Prior to this role, Colin held multiple leadership positions at Comp-U-Dopt, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing operations for programs serving over 3,000 students in the Houston area. Colin's background includes significant roles at Teach For America, where achievements ranged from enhancing data management to training teachers across various grade levels. Additionally, Colin supported educational initiatives at KIPP Houston and engaged in children's rights advocacy during a student internship with UNICEF Spain.
