Brett Carter

Brett Carter has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as an Account Manager and Technical Product Specialist at Texas Electric Cooperatives since May 2006, where responsibilities include managing server infrastructure and supporting over 200 end users. Previous roles include IT Consultant at RDH Technical Services, focusing on Macintosh support for businesses in the Austin area, and IT Support Technician at Liaison Resources, providing comprehensive IT support for small to medium clients. Brett began a career as a Graphic Designer and IT Support at Pentagram Design, where design work and internal IT support were combined. Brett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Southern Arkansas University, completed in 1998.
