Carrie Eastwood

Carrie Eastwood is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, recruitment, and management. Currently serving as the Onboarding and Screening Supervisor at Kelly since March 2016, Carrie has also held roles such as Floating Recruiter and Worker's Comp Specialist. In addition, Carrie manages the Texas Elite Spartans Women's Football team since December 2020. Previous experience includes positions as Call Center Supervisor at Encore Payment Systems and MasTec Advanced Technologies, alongside a tenure as General Manager at Downsize Fitness. With a foundational role at Multiband Corporation as Manager of Dispatch Performance and Support, Carrie focused on performance improvement and metrics reporting across various call centers. Education includes a diploma from Poudre High School, obtained in 1995.
