Eliza Pillsbury

Eliza Pillsbury is an experienced editorial professional currently serving as the Managing Editor for Alcalde at Texas Exes since July 2023. Previously, Eliza managed The Abbey Bookshop and held editorial roles including Editorial Intern at Massie & McQuilkin and Nonfiction Editorial Intern at Bat City Review. Eliza has a strong background in print and online writing, demonstrated through leadership positions at SPARK and The Abbey Bookshop, and editorial duties at HSPVA paper*. Eliza holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Plan II and Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin, complemented by a semester exchange at Sciences Po.
