Mia Balko

Mia Balko currently serves as the Director of Youth Outreach at Texas Farm Bureau, a position held since January 2017. Prior to this role, Mia Balko was an Ag Science Teacher at Orange Grove ISD from July 2015 to January 2017 and at George West ISD from July 2012 to June 2015. Additional teaching experience includes positions at Sinton ISD, Tuloso-Midway ISD, and Academy High School-Santa Gertrudis ISD from 2001 to 2012. Mia Balko earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Science from Texas A&M University, having completed studies there from 1991 to 1995, and previously graduated from Banquete High School in 1991 with a focus on General Studies.
