Patrick Byrd

Patrick Byrd serves as Assistant General Counsel at Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP, a role held since December 2012, after progressing through positions including Senior Counsel and Corporate Counsel. Prior experience includes working as an Energy Litigation Associate at both Jones, Walker, Waechter, Poitevent, Carrère & Denègre L.L.P and Baker Botts LLP, as well as serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas. Early in the legal career, Patrick Byrd also held a position as a Case Clerk at Thompson & Knight LLP. Academically, Patrick Byrd obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin. Education was completed at St. Thomas High School.
