Chanley Delk

Chanley Delk has extensive experience in emergency services, currently serving as Chairman of the Big Spring Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund since September 2007 and as a Fire Lieutenant with the Big Spring Fire Department since April 2000. Additionally, Chanley holds the title of Certified Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic, providing EMS response on a dedicated 911 ambulance for the City of Big Spring. Educational background includes studies at Howard College in 2000 and Midland College in 2008.
