Andrew Masica, MD, MSCI, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Texas Health Resources since February 2020. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Vice President and Chief Clinical Effectiveness Officer at Baylor Scott & White Health from January 2014 to February 2020 and worked at HealthTexas Provider Network as an Attending Physician in Hospital Medicine from August 2006 to February 2020. Andrew's earlier experience includes serving as Vice-President of Clinical Innovation, Director of Clinical Effectiveness, and Clinical Scholar in Internal Medicine at Baylor Health Care System from April 2006 to December 2013, as well as an Attending Physician at St. Thomas Hospital from July 2002 to March 2006. Andrew completed internal medicine residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center from July 1999 to June 2002 and holds a Doctor of Medicine from Indiana University School of Medicine and a Master of Science in Clinical Investigation from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in History from Harvard University.
