Felicia Williams

Felicia Williams is an experienced professional in community affairs and communications, currently serving as Program Director for Community Affairs at Texas Health Resources since August 2010. In this role, Felicia leads corporate philanthropy, community affairs, and employee volunteerism initiatives for approximately 14 hospitals and over 24,000 employees, collaborating with more than 200 civic and charitable organizations to develop impactful corporate social responsibility strategies addressing critical social issues. Prior to this, Felicia held the position of Senior Communications Specialist at Texas Health, focusing on internal stakeholder communication, and worked as a Community Relations & Communications Representative at Austin Industries, where strategic partnerships were forged to enhance brand reputation. Additional experience includes serving as an Internal Communications Coordinator at Exel and an Assistant Grant Editor at the National Institutes of Health. Felicia holds a Master of Arts in Business Communication from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Midwestern State University.
