Greg Newton

Greg Newton, CHSS, has extensive experience in security and loss prevention, currently serving as a Security Sergeant/Supervisor at Texas Health Resources since August 2018. Prior positions include Security Corporal/Shift Leader and Security Officer within the same organization. Additional experience encompasses loss prevention roles at Albertsons and various security positions at Target, Ross Stores, and Texas Industrial Security, contributing a robust background in asset protection and security operations. Newton began a career in law enforcement as a Detention Officer with the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office from 2003 to 2009. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management at the University of North Texas, prior academic credentials include an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice from Tarrant County College and a certification as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal from National Paralegal College.
