Ron Mehring

Ron Mehring is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Texas Health Resources since May 2011, Ron has previously held significant positions including Senior Technologist and Master Instructor at Ultimate Knowledge Institute, Deputy Director of Network Security Operations at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and Master Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Ron's academic credentials include a Master of Legal Studies in Healthcare Law & Policy from Texas A&M University School of Law, an MBA in Risk Management from New York Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from Colorado Technical University, among others. Additionally, Ron completed the Program on Negotiation for Senior Executives at Harvard Law School.
