John January

John January is a seasoned professional in the land surveying industry with extensive experience spanning several years. Currently serving as the Senior Surveyor-General Manager at Texas Heritage Surveying, LLC since July 2023, John previously held the position of Surveyor at AllPoints Surveying from July 2018 to July 2023, specializing in the home building sector. Additional roles include Surveyor at CEI Engineering Associates, Inc., and Arthur Surveying Co., as well as Land Surveyor at Texas Heritage Surveying, LLC. John also served as Survey Manager at JEA/Hydrotech Engineering, Inc., and co-owned January Consultants, where responsibilities included client relations, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation. John holds an Associate in Applied Science degree in Land Surveying from Tyler Junior College, obtained between 1986 and 1988.
