Bruce McMillan

Bruce McMillan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bruce began their career as a Financial Analyst at USAA in 1993, where they worked until 2001. Following that, they joined IBC Bank as a Vice President, serving in that role from 2006 to 2012. Bruce then moved to Cadence Bank, N.A. as a Senior Vice President from 2012 to 2015. Afterward, they worked at Broadway Bank as an SVP Commercial Lending from 2015 to 2021. In 2021, they briefly served as the Director of Business Operations for a family business before joining Bank OZK as an SVP Commercial Banker from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of SVP Private Banking Relationship Manager at The Bank of San Antonio starting from 2022.

Bruce McMillan earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Northern Colorado between 1979 and 1984. Bruce later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance at Regis University from 1984 to 1988.
