Miranda B. is currently the Administrative Director of Patient Relations at Parkland Health, where Miranda provides strategic and tactical leadership in managing patient feedback. Prior to this role, Miranda held positions at UT Southwestern Medical Center and has been involved in leadership development at the Texas Hospital Association.
