The Finance and Strategy team at the Texas Hospital Association focuses on managing and optimizing the financial health and strategic direction of the organization. This team is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, as well as developing and overseeing key strategic initiatives that align with the association’s mission to support Texas hospitals. They ensure the association's financial resources are allocated effectively to advocate for and enhance the quality, accessibility, and affordability of health care across Texas.
