Ravi S Rao

Ravi S Rao currently serves as an Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer at the Texas Institute for Electronics since November 2023 and is also a Strategic Executive Advisor in the Office of the President at the University of Texas at Austin, where efforts focus on accelerating the "Change Starts Here" strategic plan. Prior to these roles, Ravi held various positions at Intel Corporation from January 1990 to January 2023, including Chief of Staff and Head of Global Operations, where responsibilities spanned business strategies, budget forecasting, and stakeholder management. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for the OpenMP Architecture Review Board from September 2016 to February 2021. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Engineering Management and a Master's in Electrical and Computer Engineering, both from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Punjab Engineering College.
