Ashok Prabhu

Ashok Prabhu is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in semiconductor packaging and program management. Since January 2018, Ashok has served as a Senior Engineering Manager at Texas Instruments, after previously holding a role in semiconductor package development and execution at the same company from September 2011 to September 2014. Additionally, Ashok has been involved in technical program management at Invensas Corporation since September 2014 and researched semiconductor packaging at National Semiconductor between June 2006 and September 2011. Ashok holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Engineering from Bangalore University. Furthermore, Ashok completed a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics at Northwestern University.
