Rogelio Mendoza

Rogelio Mendoza is currently a Metrology Equipment Engineer at Texas Instruments, bringing extensive leadership and engineering experience from various roles. Previously, as President of SHPE UT Austin, Rogelio led initiatives enhancing membership engagement and professional development for over 300 members. Experience includes event planning and mentorship in the Student Engineering Council and the Gates Scholarship program, where Rogelio fostered community and supported fellow scholars. Rogelio's engineering internships at Toyota North America, ExxonMobil, and Texas Instruments provided practical skills in production engineering and data analysis. Rogelio holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, with a strong foundation in advanced mathematics from Skyline High School.
