Shannon Thompson

Shannon Thompson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Texas Instruments since September 2009, Shannon has held various roles within the company, including Senior Counsel Manager and Legal Counsel. Prior experience includes serving as a Corporate Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from October 1998 to September 2000 and as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Sidney A Fitzwater in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas from August 1997 to July 1998. Shannon holds an M.B.A. from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, a JD from Duke University School of Law, and a BBA/BA in Business and Spanish from Southern Methodist University.
