Yesenia Moore

Yesenia Moore is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and diversity & inclusion. Since June 2008, Yesenia has held various leadership roles at Texas Instruments, including Vice President of Talent Management and Diversity & Inclusion, Head of Diversity & Inclusion, and Director of Human Resources. Prior to this, Yesenia was employed at JCPenney as an Employee Relations Manager and held multiple HR positions at Texas Instruments, focusing on university relations and organization development. Yesenia holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Labor Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master’s degree in Organization Development from American University.
