David Harder

David Harder is a seasoned project manager and digital marketing specialist with extensive experience in website optimization and management across various organizations. Currently, David oversees the planning and implementation of a statewide intake and referral system for child welfare cases at Texas Legal Services Center, Inc. Concurrently, David provides website support and optimization services through multiple roles with non-profit organizations, along with comprehensive digital marketing strategies for small to medium-sized businesses. Previous positions include technical project management and communications coordination in Asia with EFCA, alongside founding a video production company. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Wichita State University.
