These services include verbal or written medical opinions, controverting affidavits, and independent medical evaluations. Our company provides case management and administrative services to assure all deadlines are met in a timely manner, which allows our medical experts and legal clients to concentrate on their specific roles. TxMLC also acts as a liaison between insurance carriers, law firms, and medical experts to reduce billable hours, lowers the risks of miscommunication.
