Bo Joseph serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Privacy Officer at the Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool since December 2012, with prior roles including Associate Director of Legal Services and Subrogation Department Manager - Staff Attorney. Bo's legal career began at Modesett Williams as an attorney from May 2007 to December 2010, focusing on trial work for both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts, and continued at Feldmann Nagel and the Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry, where extensive experience in litigation was gained, including managing a substantial docket of personal injury cases and achieving multiple jury verdicts. Bo holds a J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law, a B.A. in Political Science/Economics from Texas Lutheran University, and completed the Texas Executive Education Program at the Texas McCombs School of Business.
