Frank Atkins

Frank Atkins, CFA, CAIA currently serves as the Portfolio Director for Global Public Equity and Hedge Funds at Texas Municipal Retirement System (TMRS). Prior to this role, Frank held various positions in equity research and investment analysis at companies like Truist, BMO Capital Markets, and FBR Energy Group. Frank holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BSBA in Finance and Biology from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business.
