Lewis Nix has over 20 years of experience in software support and technical consulting, currently serving as a Senior Software Support Specialist at Texas Mutual Insurance Company since December 2012. Prior to this role, Lewis held positions at Technisource as an IT - Software Support Specialist and at Neopost Loop One as a Tier 2 Technical Consultant, where responsibilities included managing client inquiries and production issues. Earlier experience includes providing tech support at ARC Systems and conducting research and addressing borrower disputes at Fairbanks Capital Corp. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas State University and a diploma from Strake Jesuit College Preparatory.
