Texas Network of Youth Services
Chris Thomas is an accomplished arts consultant and creative director with extensive experience in the performing arts sector. Since January 2020, Chris has served as an Arts non-profit Consultant and Entertainment Consultant for Fresh Arts. Currently, Chris holds roles as the Sugar Land National Dance Day Entertainment Coordinator for the City of Sugar Land, Texas, and as a Membership Committee Member for Soho House & Co in Houston. Additionally, Chris is recognized as a Keynote Speaker for the Texas Network of Youth Services and has been a Production Consultant, Host, and Talent Scout for Red Bull since September 2020. Chris has also facilitated the Artist Inc. Course for Mid-America Arts Alliance and has been the Creative Director for SonKiss'd Dance Concepts since its establishment in 2012. Previous experience includes serving as a High School Dance Instructor for Houston ISD from August 2018 to December 2020.

Texas Network of Youth Services
The mission of TNOYS is to strengthen, support, and protect critical services for youth and families in Texas. We are a statewide network of members who share a vision of Texas where all young people are valued, their strengths are recognized, and they have access to the resources, support, and opportunities they need to live healthy and fulfilling lives. Our work is guided by a unique and comprehensive systems change approach focused on policy, practice, and participation. We advocate at the state, local, and organizational levels for policies and programs that benefit young people who are struggling and their families. Our training and program development services ensure those in the field are fully equipped to meet the complex needs in their communities. We work in partnership with youth to develop young leaders and demonstrates what youth are capable of when people invest in them.
