The mission of TNOYS is to strengthen, support, and protect critical services for youth and families in Texas.

We are a statewide network of members who share a vision of Texas where all young people are valued, their strengths are recognized, and they have access to the resources, support, and opportunities they need to live healthy and fulfilling lives. 

Our work is guided by a unique and comprehensive systems change approach focused on policy, practice, and participation. We advocate at the state, local, and organizational levels for policies and programs that benefit young people who are struggling and their families. Our training and program development services ensure those in the field are fully equipped to meet the complex needs in their communities. We work in partnership with youth to develop young leaders and demonstrates what youth are capable of when people invest in them.
