Hospital Services Coordinator at Texas Organ Sharing Alliance

Kourtney Cline is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and hospital services, currently serving as a Hospital Services Coordinator at Texas Organ Sharing Alliance since May 2018 and as an Active Member of NATCO since November 2019. Previous roles include Human Resources Coordinator at Methodist Healthcare System and Professional Member of the Society of Human Resources Management, where training and resources were utilized for the SHRM-CP exam. Kourtney co-founded a satellite program for Patriot PAWS at Texas A&M University, focusing on training service dogs for wounded veterans, and has also engaged in various capacities such as an intern for Head Start and as a student member of the American Sociological Association.
