Megan Joy Macias

Megan Joy Macias is an experienced campaign coordinator currently working as the Texas 4 All Campaign Coordinator for the Texas Organizing Project since July 2021. Previously, Megan held positions such as Campaign Manager for the YES For Prop B, Organizing Director for Sri Kulkarni for Congress, and Regional Organizing Director for Julián For The Future, where significant contributions included building statewide organizing programs and securing endorsements from community leaders. Megan also served as Deputy Field Director for Christina Morales for State Representative, leading a successful volunteer base and strategy planning, and initially worked as a substitute teacher for San Antonio ISD. With a strong background in voter engagement and outreach, Megan has played a key role in increasing voter turnout in various districts. Megan earned a degree in Geography, Social Geography from The University of Texas at San Antonio between 2015 and 2017.
