Ryan M. Tibbetts

Dr. Ryan M. Tibbetts is a well-respected, board certified and fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon. He is a member and fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, as well as an active member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America. Dr. Tibbetts sees patients at the Texas Orthopedics Kyle and South Austin locations.

After receiving his medical degree at University of Texas Medical School in Houston (where he was recognized with Alpha Omega Alpha honors), he completed his orthopaedic surgery residency training at Texas A&M University’s Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas.

Dr. Tibbetts went on to complete the Rockwood Shoulder and Elbow Fellowship with two world renowned shoulder surgeons, Dr. Charles A. Rockwood and Dr. Michael A. Wirth, at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.

In 2017, Dr. Tibbetts was recognized in Texas Monthly Magazine as a Super Doctor Rising Star and since has been repeatedly recognized as a Super Doctor from 2018 through 2022. In 2022 he was recognized by his peers as an Austin Monthly Top Doctor.
