Elizabeth Slaughter

Elizabeth Slaughter is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with a robust background in land management and business development. Currently serving as Business Development Manager, Land Agent, and Land Associate for Texas Pacific Land Corporation since May 2018, Elizabeth has developed expertise in various aspects of land operations. Prior experience at XTO Energy from August 2016 to May 2018 included roles as Associate Landman in the Delaware Basin, as well as training in essential land-related functions. Initially, Elizabeth began in the industry as a Land Intern at XTO Energy during the summer of 2015, where responsibilities included title tracing and financial management of land assets. Elizabeth's early experience also includes administrative support at Austin Pain Associates in 2012. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Energy Commerce from Texas Tech University, obtained in 2016.
