Jason Georgoulis is a CIP Cyber and Physical Security Analyst at Texas Reliability Entity, Inc. since March 2022, with a focus on regulatory standards established by FERC and NERC. Previously, Jason served as an Assistant II at Austin Community College from September 2021 to March 2022, and as an IT Security Consultant at atsec information security from May 2016 to July 2019, where responsibilities included evaluating and validating cryptographic modules for FIPS 140-2 compliance and advising on product security features. Earlier, Jason worked as a Computer Lab Assistant at Texas State University, providing tutoring and lectures to students. Jason holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Texas State University, earned between 2014 and 2016.
