Rachel Coyne

Rachel Coyne serves as the Executive Chief of Staff at Texas Reliability Entity, Inc. since 2012, where responsibilities include coordinating and managing executive initiatives. Previously, Rachel held the positions of Manager of the Reliability Standards Program, developing processes for Texas RE's involvement with NERC Reliability Standards, and Senior Enforcement Analyst, evaluating violations related to the Bulk Electric System. Prior experience includes working as a Compliance Enforcement Coordinator at the Western Electricity Coordinating Council from 2009 to 2012, where Rachel successfully enhanced compliance software features and coordinated with various compliance teams. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rhodes College.
