Amanda Kreutzer

Amanda Kreutzer has over 25 years of experience in employee benefits management, currently serving as the Director of Benefits at Texas Roadhouse since February 1998. In this role, Amanda is responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive range of employee benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans, while also overseeing relationships with outsourced administration service providers and benefit plan auditors. Additionally, Amanda held various leadership positions as a board member, including Vice President, President, and Past President, at the Chain Restaurant Total Rewards Association from July 2015 to July 2017.
