Cassie Wall

Cassie Wall has over two decades of experience in the restaurant industry, specifically with Texas Roadhouse. Since September 2012, Cassie has served as the Director of Training and Legendary Service, focusing on enhancing service, training, and people development through collaboration with various partners and managers. Previously, from August 2002 to July 2012, Cassie held the position of Service Manager, overseeing front-of-house operations to ensure exemplary service and food quality while managing staff on a daily basis. Cassie began their career at Texas Roadhouse as a Trainer and is an alumnus of Rogers State University.
