Jennifer Walls

Jennifer Walls has over 20 years of experience in various leadership and human resources roles. Jennifer most recently served as the Director of Learning and Development at Texas Roadhouse since December 2023. Prior to that, they were the SVP of Human Resources at Shoe Sensation, Inc. from November 2018 to December 2023. Jennifer also worked as the VP of Organizational Effectiveness at Steak n Shake from June 2017 to August 2018, and as the Vice President of Training and Organizational Development at Hooters of America from July 1997 to June 2017.

Jennifer Walls received their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix from 2001 to 2005. Jennifer then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Jennifer obtained certifications as a Herrmann HBDI® Certified Practitioner from Herrmann International in 2016, and as a Situational Leadership® Certified Trainer from The Center for Leadership Studies.
