Jordan Trout

Jordan Trout is a seasoned professional in the food purchasing industry, currently serving as the Senior Director of Purchasing at Texas Roadhouse since June 2013. In this role, Jordan leads a team responsible for sourcing meats, dry goods, oils, and produce. Prior to this position, Jordan worked at National Beef Packing Company LLC from August 2004 to June 2013 as a Pricing Analyst, where responsibilities included directing pricing for forward and contract sales and managing risk. Jordan holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
