Bridget B.

Bridget B. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in library services and communications. Currently serving as the Manager of the Medical Library at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children since December 2018, Bridget has a strong background in freelance writing and corporate communications, having worked under the name Bridget Writes Copy since November 2001 and previously as a columnist for the Dallas Morning News. Bridget held several leadership positions, including Director of Library Services at Amberton University and Manager of Library Services at Corinthian Colleges, where responsibilities spanned library management, faculty relations, and accreditation support. Additional roles include Vice President/Marketing Communications Manager at PlainsCapital Bank and internal communications project manager at Alcatel USA. Bridget holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas in Journalism and Information Science.
