Catherine Callaway

VP of Advocacy at Texas Society of Architects

Catherine Callaway has an extensive work experience in the field of architecture and sustainability. Catherine is currently serving as the Associate Vice President and Director of Sustainability and Building Performance at Kirksey Architecture. In this role, they have demonstrated their expertise in resilient design strategies and has been involved in various green building advocacy committees.

Prior to their current position, Catherine held the role of VP of Advocacy at the Texas Society of Architects starting in 2023. Catherine has also served as a Board of Trustees Member and later became the President of the Board of Trustees at Architecture Center Houston. Additionally, they have been actively involved in the AIA Houston, where they served as a Board of Directors Member, President of the Board of Directors, Treasurer, and Secretary of the Board of Directors.

Early in their career, Catherine worked as an Intern at Kirksey and as the Family Programs Director at Habitat for Humanity Charlotte.
