Jennifer Briggs, MBA, CAE

Jennifer Briggs, MBA, CAE has a diverse work experience spanning several prominent organizations. Jennifer is currently serving as the EVP/Chief Executive Officer at the Texas Society of Architects.

Before this, Jennifer held the position of President and CEO at the Indiana CPA Society from January 2018 to June 2021. Prior to becoming the CEO, they were the Senior Vice President & COO at the same organization, where they provided valuable coordination and assistance to the CEO in various areas such as policy formulation, strategic objective development, and departmental coordination.

Jennifer also worked as an Association Manager at KWK Management Group from July 1999 to February 2002. In this role, they served as the Executive Director of multiple state-wide associations and helped establish the Indiana Association of Public Education Foundations.

Before their tenure at KWK Management Group, Jennifer was the Education Director at the Apartment Association of Indiana from December 1998 to July 1999. Jennifer was responsible for planning and executing professional development programs for professionals in the apartment industry.

Prior to that, Jennifer worked at the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC) as the Manager of the Conference of Casualty Insurance Companies. During their time there, they worked closely with CEOs of nationwide insurance companies, managing conferences and educational opportunities. Additionally, they oversaw the Arbitration Program, which involved coordinating the efforts of volunteer attorneys from member insurance companies.

Overall, Jennifer Briggs has a strong background in executive leadership, association management, and professional development. Their expertise in these areas makes their a valuable asset to any organization they are a part of.

Jennifer Briggs, MBA, CAE completed their Master of Business Administration degree at Butler University - Lacy School of Business from 2014 to 2015. Prior to pursuing their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Marian College. Jennifer also holds additional certifications including the Institute for Organization Management (IOM) from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, obtained in June 2003, and the Certified Association Executive (CAE) from The Certified Association Commission Executive Commission of The American Society of Association Executives, obtained in January 2002.
