David Stepnick

David Stepnick is a seasoned medical professional currently serving as the Executive Vice President, Chief Physician Executive, and Chief Clinical Officer at The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, Ohio, since February 2014. In addition to these roles, Stepnick practices as a Facial Plastic Surgeon at various locations within MetroHealth. Stepnick has held the position of Chair of the Department of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery at Case Western Reserve University from July 1990 to May 2025 and previously served as an Associate Professor at University Hospitals Case Medical Center from July 1984 to January 2014. Stepnick completed a Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine from 1980 to 1984 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from The Johns Hopkins University between 1976 and 1980.
