Jane Ujoatu

Jane Ujoatu, DrPH, MS, CPH, RD, LD, is a highly qualified consultant dietitian and adjunct professor with extensive experience in nutrition and public health. As the owner and consultant at Encore Nutrition since July 2016, Jane provides virtual and in-person consulting for chronic disease management. At Texas Southern University, Jane instructs undergraduate students in advanced nutrition courses and collaborates on research projects. Previous roles include nutrition consulting for the DAWN Center, program evaluation coordination at the Michael & Susan Dell Center for Healthy Living, and senior nutritionist for the City of Houston's health department. Jane holds a Doctor of Public Health degree from the University of North Texas-HSC, a Master's in Nutrition Sciences from Texas Woman's University, and a Bachelor's in Human Food and Nutrition Science from the University of Houston.
