Ronica Carmouche

Ronica Carmouche has extensive work experience in the field of education and social services. Ronica began their career in 2006 as a Case Worker for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, where they worked until 2009. During this time, they developed strong skills in case management and ensuring the well-being of vulnerable individuals.

In 2009, Ronica joined Texas Southern University as a TRIO Talent Search Counselor. In this role, they were responsible for planning and implementing the Educational Talent Search Program to support students' academic and career success. Ronica also provided counseling and mentoring opportunities, organized extracurricular activities, and assisted students in gaining admission to secondary and postsecondary institutions.
