Courtney Crowell

Courtney Crowell's work experience began in 2006 at Barnes and Noble, where they worked as a Merchandise Manager until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Business Analyst at AT&T, focusing on projects related to Business Solutions eStrategy Transformation for Small and Enterprise business customers. Following that, they joined American Airlines in 2015 as a Microsoft Product Owner, working on various projects related to the merger with US Airways. Most recently, they joined TSS in 2019 as a Project Manager.

Courtney Crowell earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication, General from the University of Oklahoma, where they attended from 2007 to 2010. Courtney furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University starting in 2017. Currently, they are expected to complete their MBA program in 2023. In addition to their academic achievements, Courtney also obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in June 2019.
