Nicole Jones has over a decade of diverse HR experience. Nicole'smost recent position was as HR Manager - Talent Strategy at EnLink Midstream, where they oversaw talent acquisition, managed leave of absence programs and developed annual health and welfare strategies. Nicole also supervised a team of six HR professionals, providing coaching and guidance. Prior to this, Jones worked in various HR leadership positions including Vice President Human Resources at TSS, where they are set to begin working in 2023. Nicole has also held roles in compensation, global compensation, employee recognition, and labor relations at organizations such as Lockheed Martin, Data Recognition Corporation, and Genband. Nicole began their career as an intern in HR learning and development and recruitment at Data Recognition Corporation and Lockheed Martin respectively. Jones holds a Master of Arts Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, and has obtained several HR certifications including PHR, CCP, and SHRM-CP.
Nicole Jones earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2009. Nicole then pursued their Master of Arts degree with a focus on Industrial Relations Center and Human Resources and Industrial Relations at the University of Minnesota from 2009-2011. In 2013, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources certification and in 2015, they received the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM. Nicole furthered their education by obtaining the Certified Compensation Professional certification from WorldatWork in December 2017.
