Lauren Williams is an experienced professional in environmental science with a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, earned in 2021. Current role as a diver at the Texas State Aquarium began in January 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a trainer at Chipotle Mexican Grill and Bill Miller Bar-B-Q, as well as working as a laboratory research assistant at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi within the Center for Water Supply Studies. Additionally, Lauren played a key role in the development of the Aquaponics Team as a creator and served as the Education/Outreach Officer for the Islander Green Team. An internship with the American Conservation Experience supplemented hands-on experience in environmental initiatives.
