Christian Oliphant

Christian Oliphant currently serves as Risk Manager Insurance at the Texas State Office of Risk Management, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Christian's experience includes working as an Underwriter at State Farm from January 2015 to August 2019, and serving as a Radio Producer at Mile High Sports Radio from 2010 to 2013, where responsibilities included planning and executing radio shows along with managing technical aspects. Additionally, Christian has held various media buying positions at Level 5 Marketing, Levenson & Hill, Zenith Media, RPA, and The Richards Group, where duties ranged from negotiating advertising rates to managing advertising schedules. Christian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Texas State University, earned between 1988 and 1993.
