Jessica Patterson Esq.

Jessica Patterson, Esq. currently serves as a Staff Attorney for the Texas State Teachers Association and as an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at Lone Star College. In addition, Jessica holds the position of Managing Attorney at The JRP Law Firm since January 2021. Prior experience includes an Associate Attorney role at ROGERS, MORRIS & GROVER, L.L.P. and a Legal Intern position at the same firm. Jessica began a career in education as an Educational Diagnostician at Humble ISD. Academically, Jessica earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Texas Southern University—Thurgood Marshall School of Law, along with a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from the University of Texas at Tyler. A Bachelor of Science in Sociology was obtained from the University of Houston-Downtown, and early education was pursued at Hampton University in Broadcast Journalism.
