Kim Martinic

Kim Martinic has extensive experience in organizational development and labor relations, currently serving as an Organizational Development Specialist at the Texas State Teachers Association since August 2009, where responsibilities include organizing, training, recruiting, and enhancing the capacity of local education associations. Prior to this role, Kim worked as an Organizer for SEIU 221 from August 2007 to August 2009, focusing on training and leadership development for a county labor union and acting as the chief negotiator for community college employees. From August 1984 to August 1994, Kim held various management and UniServ positions with the Nevada State Education Association and associated organizations, handling contract negotiations and arbitrations. Kim's educational background includes studies at the University of Maryland from 1979 to 1982 and graduating from Forest Park High School from 1975 to 1978.
